Who I Am

Hi, I’m Tam Nguyen, father of two and the founder of Tech Valet. I earned my Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Washington State University and worked as an IT Technician for both C-Tran and WSU during my studies.

My Professional Background

After graduation, I became a Software Engineer and have worked across several industries, including international corporations, automotive firms, and the medical field. My experience includes developing tools that support institutions and help pharmaceutical companies create life-saving medications.

My Mission

Today, I use those same skills to help people in my community by providing honest, reliable tech support that makes technology easier for everyone.
