FAQs
Will I be charged if you can’t fix the issue?
No. I perform a two-step evaluation to make sure I can actually help before charging anything. First, I’ll ask you a few questions about the issue to understand the problem. Then, I’ll do up to a 30-minute on-site assessment. If I determine that the issue is outside my ability to fix during that time, there will be no charge.
Will you keep billing me if the job takes longer than expected?
No. Each service includes up to one hour of support. If I can’t resolve the issue within that time, I’ll send you a new quote with an estimated timeframe and get your approval before continuing. If the job happens to take longer than my quoted estimate, I’ll cover the extra time at no cost to you.
